Returns and right of withdrawal

We naturally hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you change your mind, that is no problem. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After this cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product to us.

As soon as we have received the product in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item.

The costs for returning your order are at your own expense. These usually amount to approximately €7.25 per package for smaller items; check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please let us know via hello@cozicaza.store. Please ensure that you mention which order this concerns in the email. We will then send you all the information you need to return the product correctly by email.

When returning the product, please ensure that it is – if possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. Make sure to pack the product neatly so that it arrives undamaged. If the product is more damaged than necessary for assessment, a reduction in value may be charged.

Please note: unfortunately, returns or cancellations are not possible for some items.

This applies to the following products:

• Custom-made items made specifically according to your wishes;
• Products with a distinctly personal character;
• Hygienic products whose seal has been broken.

For textile products, the following applies: The original tag (if present) must still be attached and the item must not have been worn, washed, or used. We also ask you to ensure that there are no stains (such as from food or make-up), body odors, or smoke odors on the product. If the product is found to be used or dirty, no refund will be issued.

Return policy for reupholstered and custom-made items

Furniture that is reupholstered, modified, or finished specifically at the customer's request is considered custom work. Think of a piece of furniture where you have personally selected a fabric, color, finish, or other personal choice.

There is no right of withdrawal for these products. Therefore, returns are not possible, unless the product demonstrably does not correspond to the description or there is a defect that was not mentioned beforehand.

Ready-made products purchased via the webshop without personal customization can be returned within 14 days in accordance with the standard right of withdrawal.
